Responsibilities For Lead Software Developer
- Lead development and maintenance of client facing tools and platforms with C++ and C# codebases
- Develop and maintain analytical calculation engines and mathematical algorithms
- Drive adoption of new technologies and advise on products technical direction
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams for requirements gathering
- Facilitate Analysis and Design sessions with development and QA teams
- Drive DevOps implementation
- Ensure coding standards and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Information Security department
- Line management responsibilities
- Contribute to ISO9001 standard maintenance
Requirements For Lead Software Developer
- Expert knowledge C++ MFC, STL, COM/COM+
- Advanced knowledge of C# .NET
- Full understanding of SDLC
- Background in mathematics, statistical analysis knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior developer role
- Experience with DevOps and Agile Scrum methodology
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Platform and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
- Understanding of RESTful API concepts
