Description For Ruby on Rails Developer

Kaseya is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team at Vonahi Security, a subsidiary focused on automated network penetration testing. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and implementing the backend of their automated pentesting framework using Ruby on Rails, including adding new automated exploits. Key responsibilities include using custom and open-source tools for testing exploitation in a lab environment, conducting code reviews, collaborating with the penetration testing team, improving framework performance, and staying updated with the latest Ruby on Rails advancements.

The role requires strong object-oriented programming skills, proficiency in Git, Linux expertise, and a basic understanding of network penetration test concepts. Knowledge of Active Directory and experience with standard penetration testing tools are preferred. Responsibilities For Ruby on Rails Developer

  • Design and implement backend of automated pentesting framework using Ruby on Rails
  • Add new automated exploits to the framework
  • Use custom and open-source tools for exploitation testing in lab environment
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce Ruby on Rails coding standards
  • Collaborate with penetration testing team on new tools and strategies
  • Identify and implement improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Ensure proper documentation of the framework
  • Stay updated with latest Ruby on Rails and Sidekiq advancements
  • Contribute to internal documentation

Requirements For Ruby on Rails Developer
