Distributed Event Team Lead (Systems Engineer)

KBR is seeking a Distributed Event Team Lead (Systems Engineer) to join their National Security Solutions team. This role combines leadership and technical expertise in distributed systems engineering, focusing on Test and Training, Networks, Computer systems, and Weapons systems. The position involves leading TENA/JMETC-supported distributed events and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers.

The role requires deep expertise in military systems testing and training, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, technical coordination, and hands-on system engineering work. You'll be working with DoD weapons System of System Testing and Training, making a direct impact on national security.

As Team Lead, you'll manage distributed systems engineering projects, coordinate with military and civilian personnel, and ensure the success of complex technical events. The position requires extensive experience in range instrumentation systems, data analysis tools, and distributed test environments.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. This role offers competitive compensation ($160,000-$180,000) and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge defense technology projects.
