Responsibilities For Modeling & Simulation Developer/Engineer (Associate)

  • Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis of emerging concepts for DARPA
  • Collaborate with military subject matter experts and DARPA program managers
  • Characterize architectures and concepts in simulation environment
  • Instantiate combat system, platform, and behavior models
  • Implement kill chains and battle management command and control relationships
  • Contribute to quality deliverables and reports

Requirements For Modeling & Simulation Developer/Engineer (Associate)

Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
  • Entry level knowledge of simulation analysis and experiment design & analysis techniques
  • Familiar with agent-based modeling and simulation
  • Familiarity with state machines
  • Skilled in C++ plus one or more of: R, Python, JupyterLab/Notebook
  • Strong understanding of GitHub, BitBucket or similar software management repository
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
