Responsibilities For SATCOM Systems Engineer-Mid Level

  • Recommend SATCOM and networking resource requirements
  • Evaluate new and existing SATCOM and networking requirements
  • Develop and identify processes, products, and tools for SATCOM capabilities
  • Support Preliminary Designs, Final Designs, and Implementation Plans
  • Assist with programs operational risk and NetOps readiness
  • Support digital engineering approach for systems engineering services
  • Provide requirements analysis and design generation

Requirements For SATCOM Systems Engineer-Mid Level

  • Minimum of 5 years engineering experience with Military and Commercial Satellite communications systems
  • Experience leading design, development, integration of SATCOM systems
  • Experience creating SATCOM and networking system documentation
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with digital engineering processes
  • Top Secret Clearance required
  • Travel 0-10% to Fort Meade area
