Responsibilities For Systems Support Engineer
- Provide technical support via phone, email and online requests
- Track and advocate for customer serviceability and product quality issues
- Assist customers with software installation and deployment
- Monitor and track support cases for timely resolution
- Document and solve customer issues and product problems
- Escalate critical customer situations to management and engineering
- Communicate technical issues and solutions across teams
Requirements For Systems Support Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
- Experience with Mac OS X, Windows & Linux administration
- Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) environments
- Experience setting up Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP
- Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell
- Knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of Python
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with identity access management and PAM solutions
