Sr IT Operations Engineer, Mobile Device & Mac Book Deployment

As the Sr IT Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence through ownership of mobility and MAC platforms, providing high-level technical support, and maintaining the technical infrastructure while identifying improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of customer support experience and 5+ years of mobility platform expertise.

The role requires strong technical capabilities in mobile device management, particularly with Apple iOS, Intune, and JAMF. You'll work in a global, virtual environment, collaborating across different time zones and cultures.
