Job Description

KION Group, a global leader in industrial trucks and supply chain solutions, is expanding its IT capabilities by establishing a new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. They are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their ServiceNow Platform Global Team, responsible for IT Service Management tools. This role offers an opportunity to work with a fast-growing worldwide company, contributing to comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

The position requires an experienced professional with 5-8 years of IT/ITSM experience, including significant ServiceNow development expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, managing integrations, and providing technical leadership. Responsibilities For Service NOW Developer

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform configuration & customized solutions
  • Translate business and technical requirements into design elements
  • Support and drive development aligned with ServiceNow architect and roadmap
  • Provide technical support for ServiceNow platform
  • Drive development in alignment with platform governance
  • Design and develop use cases in cooperation with business
  • Provide training on ServiceNow platform to stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with other application developers

Requirements For Service NOW Developer

  • 5-8 years of IT/ITSM tool experience with 5+ years as ServiceNow developer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration across enterprise platforms
  • Experience in leading projects and global teams
  • At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications
  • Experience with ITIL and Agile methodology
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Ability to recommend solutions and manage stakeholder expectations
