Job Description

KION Group, a global leader in industrial trucks and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. This role is part of their strategic expansion and IT transformation initiatives.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing global company, where you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform solutions. As a key member of the ServiceNow Platform Global Team, you'll handle everything from platform configuration to integration with enterprise systems, while working on comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of IT/ITSM experience, with at least 5 years specifically in ServiceNow development. You should possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, integration capabilities, and hold at least two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications. Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities For Service NOW Developer

  • Recommend, develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform configuration & customized solutions
  • Translate business and technical requirements into design elements
  • Support and drive development in alignment with the ServiceNow architect and roadmap
  • Provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform
  • Drive development in alignment with platform governance
  • Design and develop use cases in cooperation with the business
  • Provide training on the ServiceNow platform to stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with other application developers for data management and integration

Requirements For Service NOW Developer

  • 5-8 years of IT/ITSM tool experience with 5+ years as ServiceNow developer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration across enterprise platforms and middleware
  • Experience in leading projects and teams in global setup
  • At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications
  • Experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
