Service NOW Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform configuration and customized solutions for KION Group. You'll work on implementing solutions ranging from IT Service Management to Customer Service Management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of IT/ITSM experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a ServiceNow developer. Strong technical expertise is required, including proven knowledge of ServiceNow integration across different enterprise platforms and middleware. The role demands at least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications, with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) being an advantage.
