Job Description

KION Group, a global leader in material handling equipment and supply chain solutions, is expanding its IT capabilities with a new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll join their global team responsible for IT Service Management tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on international projects and contribute to comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

The position requires expertise in ServiceNow platform development, with responsibilities ranging from configuration and customization to integration with enterprise systems. You'll be working with various ServiceNow platforms including ITSM and CSM, while handling integrations with data warehouses, SSO components, and SAP systems.

The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of IT/ITSM experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a ServiceNow developer. Technical expertise should include ServiceNow integration knowledge, ITIL framework understanding, and Agile methodology experience. The role requires at least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications, with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) being a plus.

Responsibilities For Service NOW Developer

  • Recommend, develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform configuration & customized solutions
  • Translate business and technical requirements into design elements
  • Support and drive development in alignment with the ServiceNow architect and roadmap
  • Provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform
  • Drive development in alignment with platform governance
  • Use case design and development with business cooperation
  • Provide training on ServiceNow platform to stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with other application developers

Requirements For Service NOW Developer

  • 5-8 years of IT/ITSM tool experience with 5+ years as ServiceNow developer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration across enterprise platforms
  • Experience in leading projects and teams in global setup
  • At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications
  • Experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
