As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll join the ServiceNow Platform Global Team responsible for IT Service Management tools across KION Group IT. The position requires expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integration with various enterprise systems. You'll be working with ITSM and CSM platforms, handling integrations with data warehouses, SSO components, and SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of IT/ITSM experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a ServiceNow developer.
