Service NOW Developer

KION Group, a global leader in industrial trucks and supply chain solutions, is expanding its IT capabilities by establishing a new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll join the ServiceNow Platform Global Team responsible for IT Service Management tools across KION Group IT. This role offers a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to IT Services delivery and the development of the newly created KION IT Service Hub.

The position requires expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integration with various enterprise systems. You'll be working with ITSM and CSM platforms, handling integrations with data warehouses, SSO components, and SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of IT/ITSM experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a ServiceNow developer.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs, providing platform support, and delivering training to stakeholders. You'll work in a global environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
