Job Description

KION Group, a global leader in material handling equipment and supply chain solutions, is expanding its IT capabilities by establishing a new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll join the ServiceNow Platform Global Team, playing a crucial role in IT Service Management tools across KION Group IT. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing worldwide company, where you'll have significant influence on the company's IT development.

The role involves developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform configurations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting the platform's evolution. You'll work with various stakeholders, provide training, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The position requires expertise in ServiceNow implementation, ITSM tools, and enterprise platform integration.

Responsibilities For Service NOW Developer

  • Recommend, develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform configuration & customized solutions
  • Translate business and technical requirements into design elements
  • Support and drive development in alignment with the ServiceNow architect and roadmap
  • Provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform
  • Drive development in alignment with platform governance
  • Design and develop use cases in cooperation with business
  • Provide training on ServiceNow platform to stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with other application developers

Requirements For Service NOW Developer

  • 5-8 years of IT/ITSM tool experience with 5+ years as ServiceNow developer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration across enterprise platforms
  • Experience in leading projects and teams in global setup
  • At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Certifications
  • Experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Experience in design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
