Junior R&D Engineer

We are seeking a Junior AI R&D Engineer to join our team at Koh Young Technology, a company specializing in AI-powered machine vision inspection equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, computer science, or a related field, as well as experience in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing AI algorithms for inspection equipment • Analyzing data to improve performance and accuracy • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals • Participating in code reviews and debugging to ensure high-quality code • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine vision, and computer vision • Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure alignment with company's strategic goals

Qualifications: • B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science or related field • Strong experience in programming languages such as Python and/or C++ • Familiarity with state-of-the-art methods in CV/ML/DL • Good communication skills, effective listening, and critical questioning • Experience with small datasets and limited labeled data is a plus
