Associate Lead Engineer, Drive Component, Elevator Technology Categories

KONE Technology & Innovation is seeking an Associate Lead Engineer for Drive Component in their Elevator Technology Categories division. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical solution development, validation, and implementation for elevator systems, working closely with global development teams. They will handle everything from feasibility studies to continuous product improvement and troubleshooting.

Key aspects of the role include conducting technical feasibility studies, collaborating with global teams, implementing new drive solutions, managing cost optimization, performing failure analysis, and handling change request processes. The position requires strong technical knowledge in drive components, analog/digital circuits, and EMC standards.
