Responsibilities For Sr. Lead Frontend Software Developer
- Lead frontend architecture design and implementation for complex web applications, including backend systems, data visualization, and client-side interactive scenarios
- Lead core module development for Flutter cross-platform applications and WeChat Mini Programs
- Participate in Node.js middleware development, implementing SSR, API aggregation, and performance optimization
- Explore and implement cross-platform technologies like WebAssembly, Electron, and Tauri
- Lead frontend performance optimization projects (30%+ reduction in first screen loading time)
- Collaborate with UX designers to build design systems and implement atomic component development
Requirements For Sr. Lead Frontend Software Developer
- Expert in React/Vue3+TypeScript with complex state management experience (Redux/MobX/Pinia)
- Proficient in WeChat Mini Program development (Taro/Uniapp framework experience preferred)
- Proficient in complex Flutter App development, with state management and native interaction expertise
- Skilled in Node.js development (NestJS/Express/Koa) with MySQL/Redis optimization knowledge
- Master Webpack/Vite/Rollup build principles and customization
- Experience with micro-frontend (qiankun/Module Federation) or large Monorepo projects
- Strong code standardization awareness (ESLint/Prettier/Husky)
- Android/iOS native development experience (Java/Kotlin/Swift/OC) is a plus
- Expertise in data visualization development (ECharts/FlChart/WebGL performance tuning) is a plus
