The role involves developing internal tooling, enhancing platform security, providing guidance on security best practices, and managing security infrastructure. You'll work closely with the CISO and Head of Cyber Security to define strategic objectives and lead major initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience in Security Engineering, with a deep understanding of security best practices and standards. Strong communication skills, particularly in asynchronous environments, are essential. Experience with cloud services (especially AWS), CI/CD security, and vulnerability management is highly valued.

  • Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Security Engineers
