Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Work directly with senior ML engineers to design ML solutions
- Iterate ML solutions to production-level quality
- Source and curate high quality data for training models
- Work closely with the labeling team to manage data-centric workflows
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- 3+ years experience in ML solution design through solving real world, complex problems
- Strong grasp of ML fundamentals, modeling, and algorithm design
- Strong computer vision background (Vision Transformers, CNNs, etc)
- Hands-on experience with utilizing LLMs programmatically
- Experience with data-centric approach, including model evaluation and error analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong data analysis skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Good coding skills
- Experience with PyTorch
