Job Description
Lanesurf (YC S25), backed by Y Combinator, Naval Ravikant, Rajul Garg, and advised by industry leaders, is building AI voice agents to automate freight brokerage. These agents handle everything from carrier pitches to driver tracking, replacing manual processes with AI-powered workflows. The role involves building real-time, production-grade voice AI, including agents that can negotiate and close deals live on calls. Responsibilities include fine-tuning LLMs, ASR, and TTS for noisy environments and owning model design to low-latency inference infrastructure. This position offers the chance to build a category-defining AI company with high ownership and direct collaboration with founders and customers. Compensation includes a competitive salary between $150,000 - $200,000 plus meaningful equity. Responsibilities
- Work on real-time, production-grade voice AI
- Build agents that can negotiate, verify, and close live on calls
- Fine-tune LLMs, ASR, and TTS for high-pressure, noisy environments
- Own everything from model design to low-latency inference infra
- Turn chaotic phone calls into fully automated workflows
Requirements
- Have built or trained LLM / ASR / TTS systems for production
- Ship fast and care about real-world performance
- Operate across infra, models, and product
- Want to join early, with serious ownership and scope
- 1+ Years of Exp.
