Responsibilities For Full Stack ServiceNow Software Engineer (Top Secret Cleared)
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI components, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer processes
- Build and optimize full-stack applications within ServiceNow, leveraging JavaScript, AngularJS, React, and other modern frameworks
- Develop, integrate, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow to communicate with external systems
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and other modules
- Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and support ServiceNow implementations
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
