Senior ML Engineer

Launch Potato, a dynamic digital media company headquartered in vibrant downtown Delray Beach, Florida, is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join their international team spanning over a dozen countries. As The Discovery and Conversion Company, Launch Potato connects advertisers to customers throughout the consumer journey, from awareness to consideration to purchase.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building systems that drive millions in revenue through intelligent personalization and optimization. You'll be responsible for developing and deploying sophisticated models that understand user preferences, optimize content discovery, and personalize experiences at scale. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to see direct impact on business metrics daily.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience building production ML systems, with strong expertise in ranking algorithms including collaborative filtering, deep learning, and learning-to-rank. You'll need proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch, along with experience in distributed computing using tools like Spark and Ray.

Your responsibilities will include building and deploying ML models serving over 100M predictions daily, developing ranking algorithms that balance multiple objectives, implementing real-time personalization features with strict latency requirements, and running A/B tests to validate performance against business KPIs.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $130,000 to $220,000, with additional benefits including profit-sharing bonuses.
