Senior Full Stack Engineer

LawnStarter is revolutionizing the home services industry through their tech platform, starting with lawn care. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll join a LATAM-based remote team working on a platform that connects hundreds of thousands of customers with lawn pros across the U.S. The company is backed by $30M+ in venture funding and is operating profitably.

You'll work across the entire tech stack, from mobile to web to backend, building features that directly impact users and help small businesses grow. The tech stack includes React, React Native, and TypeScript on the frontend, with PHP (Laravel) and Node.js on the backend. The infrastructure leverages AWS, Kubernetes, and modern cloud databases.

This role offers significant autonomy and impact - you'll ship new features to production within your first week and have the opportunity to advance to a Lead Engineer role within 6 months. The position is fully remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a fast-moving team.

Key responsibilities include building end-to-end features, writing high-quality code, collaborating with Product and Design teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and a deep understanding of web technologies and computer science fundamentals.
