Join LEGO Group's Network Engineering Platforms team as a Lead Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers one of the world's most beloved toy companies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale network automation, managing configuration for over 20,000 devices and handling 600 daily automated network changes.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, focusing on streamlining processes and developing self-service solutions. You'll be working from the new LEGO Campus in Billund, joining an international team in an inspiring and flexible environment. The position is critical to LEGO's growth strategy, as the internal network is expected to expand 25% by 2026 while maintaining efficient change management processes.

As Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing team objectives, coordinating with partners, and translating individual requests into enterprise-wide services. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. You'll be working on crucial infrastructure that supports LEGO's global operations across stores, offices, and manufacturing facilities.
