Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer (Embedded Ada)
- Deliver and integrate high-quality real-time embedded software for critical applications
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams
- Support teams in best practices, system integrity, and software development methodologies
- Work with hardware, firmware, and systems engineering teams
- Lead development approaches emphasizing design principles, modularity, and reuse
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer (Embedded Ada)
- Proven experience in embedded software development with real-time systems
- Strong understanding of integration and requirements engineering
- Leadership potential and ability to mentor teams
- Knowledge of industry standards including RTCA-DO178C
- Experience with Object Orientation
- Experience with Linux/VXWorks (Desirable)
- Must be eligible for full security clearance
