The position is based in Mexico City with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities For Senior Machine Learning Engineer II
- Building standalone applications that interact with LLM models
- Building RAG-based applications
- Working with Vector DBs like Solr for LLM based applications
- Integrating models with existing systems and APIs
- Implementing production quality ETL jobs
- Preprocessing and managing data for training and deployment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Documenting development processes, code, and APIs
Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer II
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Mexico City–based, available to work onsite 2 days per week
- Proven experience in building customer facing ML based APIs
- Experience in developing applications scalable to handle TBs of data
- Strong knowledge of API integration (RESTful, GraphQL)
- Experience with data preprocessing, SQL, and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Terraform
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment
