Director of Engineering - AI

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is seeking a Director of Engineering - AI to lead their world-class AI engineering team. This role sits within LinkedIn's fastest-growing B2B Advertising Platform, generating over $6B in revenue. The role involves leading a team of elite applied researchers and ML/AI engineers who are tackling cutting-edge AI challenges in the advertising domain. You'll be responsible for building and scaling the technology stack that powers LinkedIn's advertising business, including advertiser experiences, ad serving platform, and ad products.

As Director, you'll shape the technical direction of LMS's AI initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence. You'll manage a large team of 40+ individuals, including first and second-line managers, helping them grow both technically and professionally.
