Responsibilities For ServiceNow Engineer

  • Configure core and custom solutions in Enterprise ServiceNow environment
  • Drive business solutions from inception through implementation
  • Translate functional specifications into technical designs
  • Own 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow design and API interfaces
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules based on CMDB structure
  • Write Technical Documentation of Integrations and ServiceNow Solutions
  • Maintain different ServiceNow instances assisting with upgrade and cloning tasks
  • Work on enhancing SLAs for ticketing support within the team

Requirements For ServiceNow Engineer

Java
JavaScript
Python
  • 3+ years of experience in coding on Java, Json, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, XML
  • 1+ years ServiceNow Developer with implementation certifications
  • 1+ years ServiceNow Administrator experience
  • Experience in developing integrations with ServiceNow using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST API
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM components
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
  • Experience with SQL and relational database administration
  • Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
