Responsibilities For Analytics and Insights Engineer
- Collaborate with data engineering to define and refine scalable data models and semantic layers
- Build and maintain intuitive dashboards in Tableau
- Develop and deploy ML models using AutoML and BigQuery ML
- Translate business requirements into analytics products
- Design user-friendly, AI-powered self-service tools
- Ensure governance, data quality, and documentation standards
- Lead complex cross-functional analytics projects
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Requirements For Analytics and Insights Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles
- Hands-on experience building dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tool
- Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets in BigQuery
- Experience collaborating with data engineers and working with dbt
- Experience using Vertex AI AutoML, BigQuery ML, or other ML tools
- Understanding of key metrics and workflows in Sales, Finance, or GTM functions
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field
- Familiarity with data governance principles
