Logicalis Australia is seeking a Network Engineer for Project Delivery to join their team in a hybrid work environment. As Architects of Change, Logicalis focuses on designing, supporting, and executing clients' digital transformation by combining their vision with technological expertise and industry insights.
The role involves implementing and troubleshooting network and security solutions, including configuration of various network devices and security systems. You'll be responsible for handling small to mid-sized projects, working with technologies like Aruba, Cisco, and various security solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise in routing, switching, wireless systems, and data centre technologies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in network design/deployment, with strong knowledge of various networking technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS L3VPN, and firewall technologies. CCNA/CCNP qualification is required, with CCIE being an advantage.

Responsibilities For Network Engineer- Project Delivery
- Implementing network and security solutions including configuring routers, switches, wireless, load balancers
- Troubleshooting network and security issues
- Client management and relationship building
- Collaboration with project managers and Operations team
- Creating technical documentation (Low-Level Design, TDS, As-built, UAT and SAT documents)
- Knowledge transfer to client and internal operations team
Requirements For Network Engineer- Project Delivery
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network design/deployment
- Knowledge in Routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, spanning tree, MPLS L3VPN)
- Experience in wireless systems (Cisco WLC, Aruba, Prime, MSE/CMX, DNAC, Ekahau)
- Data centre technologies knowledge (Cisco Nexus VDC, VPC, FEX, VXLAN, ACI)
- Firewall technologies knowledge (IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Firepower, Fortigate)
- Network access control product knowledge (Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager, Cisco ISE)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- CCNA/CCNP qualification required, CCIE preferred
