LoopMe, a leading outcomes-based platform specializing in digital advertising optimization through AI technology, is seeking a Junior InfoSec (DevSecOps) Engineer. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in cybersecurity and DevSecOps. The role combines traditional information security responsibilities with modern cloud and infrastructure security practices.

The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies including Kubernetes, GCP, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Envoy, and Kafka. You'll be part of a security team that protects LoopMe's platforms while learning from experienced professionals. Key responsibilities include supporting security policies, assisting with risk assessments, monitoring security incidents, and maintaining various security tools.

This is an ideal role for someone with foundational knowledge in IT or cybersecurity who wants to grow in the field. The position requires basic understanding of computer networks, scripting abilities, and Linux administration skills. Responsibilities For Junior InfoSec (DevSecOps) Engineer

  • Support the development and maintenance of information security policies and procedures
  • Assist in performing risk assessments, security audits, and threat monitoring
  • Help monitor and respond to security incidents under supervision
  • Participate in maintaining security tools such as SIEM, DLP, and WAF
  • Learn and assist with integrating security practices into development workflows
  • Help ensure compliance with security standards
  • Participate in security awareness training for employees

Requirements For Junior InfoSec (DevSecOps) Engineer

  • Foundational knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or system administration
  • Basic understanding of computer networks and common protocols
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting language
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix administration

  • Internship, project participation, or up to 1 year of relevant experience is a plus
