Lead Engineer, Quantitative Analytics Engineering

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is seeking a Lead Engineer for Quantitative Analytics Engineering to join their strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role will lead a team developing next-generation data, analytics, and cloud infrastructure solutions. The position involves managing quantitative analytics application developers and consulting partnerships to design, build, and deliver Analytics product solutions for global buy-side and sell-side clients.

The role requires strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in financial analytics, particularly in fixed income and securitized products. You'll be responsible for driving strategic technology initiatives, including cloud migration, and supporting an API-FIRST business strategy to develop SaaS and PaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, strong technical background with a Master's degree, and expertise in technologies like Python and Linux.
