Back-end Engineer .NET

Lucca is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Engineer to join their Compensation & Benefits team in Nantes, France, with hybrid work options. The role involves developing and maintaining payroll and compensation management solutions using .NET 8, SQL Server, Redis, and RabbitMQ. As part of a 35-person team spread across Paris, Toulouse, and Nantes, you'll work on four key products: Compensation Management, Restaurant Vouchers, Payroll Assistant, and Pay Slip Distribution.
