Lucidya, a customer intelligence platform serving the Middle East and beyond, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead their Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. This role is central to transforming Lucidya into a fully self-serve platform, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and growth. The position offers the unique opportunity to shape the frontend architecture of Lucidya Light while building and leading a high-performing team.
The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in modern frontend technologies like ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript. You'll be responsible for creating seamless onboarding experiences, conversion flows, and growth experiments while ensuring high performance and scalability. The position demands both strategic thinking and technical excellence, as you'll work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to drive PLG initiatives.
As a senior leader, you'll play a crucial role in establishing engineering standards, mentoring team members, and contributing to Lucidya's IPO-readiness initiatives. Responsibilities For PLG Frontend Engineer (Senior-Level, Remote)
- Own the frontend strategy, architecture, and execution for PLG initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing frontend team
- Deliver world-class onboarding, activation, and conversion flows
- Define and drive the frontend technical vision and roadmap
- Lead development of customer-facing experiences
- Ensure pixel-perfect design and high performance
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class frontend team
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and review processes
- Partner with Product & Growth teams to build PLG funnels
- Collaborate with Backend teams for efficient integrations
Requirements For PLG Frontend Engineer (Senior-Level, Remote)
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years in frontend development, with 2+ years in technical leadership
- Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, React Query, MUI
- Strong grasp of frontend architecture, state management, component-driven design
- Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, analytics instrumentation
- Familiarity with real-time apps (WebSockets, Kafka/RabbitMQ) and secure APIs
- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum
- Ability to scale and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Design, and Growth peers
