Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer at Lucidya, you'll play a crucial technical leadership role, taking ownership of final design reviews and ensuring all technical implementations align perfectly with our architecture standards and product vision. This position requires both technical excellence and leadership skills, as you'll be responsible for collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software systems.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of backend software engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, along with strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. You'll work with modern technologies including cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and both relational and non-relational databases.
