Description For Lead Unity Game Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching Unity games in production environments and deep proficiency in C# programming.

Responsibilities For Lead Unity Game Engineer
- Drive the development and maintenance of Unity based games
- Focus on performance by developing testable, reusable, and efficient code
- Closely collaborate with game designers and science department on game development
- Implement dynamic difficulty systems to match players' skill levels
- Champion clear documentation and distribution of information
- Be an active participant in shaping and maintaining company culture
- Mentor more junior game engineers and share knowledge pro-actively
Requirements For Lead Unity Game Engineer
