  • Closely collaborate with game designers and science department on game development
  • Implement dynamic difficulty systems to match players' skill levels
  • Champion clear documentation and distribution of information
  • Be an active participant in shaping and maintaining company culture
  • Mentor more junior game engineers and share knowledge pro-actively
