Responsibilities For Website Developer & CRO Lead
- Architect custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready code
- Optimize front-end performance
- Instrument Core Web Vitals monitoring
- Configure Cloudflare for secure deployments
- Integrate dynamic landing pages via HubSpot APIs
- Lead on-page conversion rate optimization
- Keep LCP, FID, CLS targets in the green
- Write modular, documented, test-backed code
- Own end-to-end A/B testing cycles
Requirements For Website Developer & CRO Lead
- 3+ years building and maintaining highly customized WordPress sites at scale
- Deep HTML/CSS/Sass, modern JavaScript patterns and React expertise
- Hands-on proficiency with performance monitoring stacks, CDNs and DNS setups
- Prior HubSpot integration experience
- Solid Git-based CI/CD workflow experience
- Proven track record in conversion rate optimization
- Strong written and oral communication skills
