This role offers a competitive salary range of $127,000 to $175,000 and can be fully remote within the United States or hybrid from their Burlingame, CA headquarters.

The position requires an experienced professional with 8+ years of Salesforce expertise to maintain and enhance their Salesforce instances and processes. As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, customizing the Salesforce platform, and developing integration strategies to connect various systems. The role demands strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and API integrations.

Responsibilities For Sr. Salesforce Developer - GTM

  • Partner and consult with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements
  • Customize the Salesforce platform using declarative and coded approaches
  • Develop and execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various systems
  • Design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce integration tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain and configure development and test instances
  • Author and maintain documentation of implementations
  • Act as thought leader and subject matter expert for sales processes

Requirements For Sr. Salesforce Developer - GTM

  • 8+ years experience with Salesforce application in technical/functional role
  • 4+ years of development experience with Salesforce
  • 7+ years of experience in general technical development and support
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working with GTM teams and Sales team
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce security model
  • Experience with Agile tools and methodologies
