Job Description

Mach Industries, a defense manufacturing company backed by $85M in funding, is offering a 12-week Software Engineering Internship program at their HQ in Huntington Beach, CA. As an intern, you'll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications, focusing on writing efficient code, architecting end-to-end software stacks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields
  • 3+ months of applied engineering experience
  • U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Huntington Beach, CA

Preferred qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.5 or above
  • 6+ months of technical experience outside the classroom
  • Proficiency in Python, C, C++, or Rust
  • Experience with large (>10,000 line) projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
