Responsibilities For Associate Process Engineer
- Perform thin film deposition processes, including sputtering, evaporation, and other relevant techniques
- Develop and implement new dry etch processes by optimizing gas flows, chemistries, and power settings
- Design and conduct experiments, analyze data (SEM, AFM, etc.), and recommend process improvements
- Manage and execute wafer cleaning and preparation processes
- Operate optical metrology tools to evaluate and validate process outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals
- Travel to vendor facilities to oversee and support custom fabrication processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, results, and improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Requirements For Associate Process Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in a clean room environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to vendor sites
