  • Consulting with other teams to provide application monitoring strategy
  • Building enhancements within AI Operations platform
  • Building new application monitors, dashboards, and creative solutions
  • Performing root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Creating visibility of data and helping partners understand this data
  • Supporting and enhancing current toolset
  • Promoting reliability engineering
  • Managing communications with business stakeholders
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal teams
  • Providing reliable and scalable platform experience to engineers

Requirements For Associate Platform Engineer

  • 1 to 3+ years industry experience working in a technical role in IT
  • Coding experience with NodeJs or JavaScript
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting or Python
  • Experience with monitoring tools: New Relic, Dynatrace, CA APM, PRTG
  • Experience with AI Operations tooling such as Moogsoft
  • Knowledge in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Services) preferred
  • Must be data driven
  • Must be self-driven with an appetite for learning
  • Clear, concise, tactful communication skills
  • Experience using Jenkins, GIT, Microsoft copilot preferred
  • Experience with Devo, Azure, PCF, Docker, Kubernetes preferred
