Manulife, a leading international financial services provider, is seeking an Automation Developer to join their Business and Project Support Team within Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Retail and Wealth Operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and drive innovative solutions that support key customers while working in a values-first culture.

The position focuses on developing digital, automated solutions using the Microsoft suite of products, primarily Power Platform and SQL, while collaborating with team members and business partners across GWAM Operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver solutions that enhance workforce efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.

As an Automation Developer, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs, developing automated solutions, and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in various programming languages and platforms, including SQL, Python, and Microsoft's Power Platform suite. Requirements For Automation Developer

Python
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in finding creative solutions
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with programming languages (SQL, C#.NET, VB, ASP.NET, Python)
  • Experience with MS Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, CoPilot Studio)
  • Agile approach and passion for Agile delivery
