Responsibilities For AI-Enabled Software Engineer
- Design and implement multi-agent systems with specialized coding-focused agents
- Develop logic, prompts, and scaffolding for agent behavior
- Enable agents to interact with internal tools including version control, test runners, APIs, and file systems
- Evaluate and refine agents' performance, collaboration, and feedback mechanisms
- Prototype AI-assisted development workflows
- Build AI-powered interfaces for internal tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards
- Mentor teammates on applying AI tools
- Participate in on-call rotations
