AI Engineer (Arabic Language Expertise)
Job Description
Master-Works is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with Arabic language expertise to join their team in Riyadh. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Speech-to-Text technologies. The position requires 8+ years of experience and involves working from the office five days a week (Sunday to Thursday).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fine-tuning and deploying large language models, developing NLP systems, and implementing speech-to-text solutions. They will work on various applications including chatbots, content generation, and customer support systems. The role requires expertise in Python programming and familiarity with major AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Responsibilities For AI Engineer (Arabic Language Expertise)
- Fine-tune and deploy large language models for specific applications
- Evaluate and improve the performance of LLMs in real-world scenarios
- Design and implement NLP algorithms for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and summarization
- Work with large datasets to train and validate NLP models
- Develop and optimize speech-to-text pipelines for various languages and dialects
- Integrate speech recognition systems with NLP and LLM solutions
- Enhance AI model efficiency for scalability and real-time processing
- Address biases, improve accuracy, and ensure robustness in all models
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and systems
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders
Requirements For AI Engineer (Arabic Language Expertise)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in LLM development (e.g., OpenAI, GPT, or similar frameworks)
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face)
- Hands-on experience with speech-to-text systems like Google Speech API, Whisper, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be fluent in Arabic
