Master Works is seeking an AI Innovation Engineer to join their Innovation Department. This role combines engineering excellence with creative problem-solving to develop AI-powered solutions, particularly focusing on large language models (LLMs). The position involves designing and implementing full-stack AI systems using Python, FastAPI, and modern AI frameworks, while also creating user interfaces with Node.js and React when needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in AI system development, strong Python skills, and expertise in LLM integration. They will work on cutting-edge AI applications, from proof-of-concepts to MVPs, utilizing technologies like RAG, vector databases, and multi-agent systems. Responsibilities For AI Innovation Engineer
- Design and deliver AI-driven PoCs and MVPs that support strategic innovation goals
- Develop full-stack AI systems with Python using frameworks like FastAPI, Transformers, LangChain, Haystack, and PyTorch
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs using RAG, KAG, MCP, and multi-agent workflows
- Interface with LLM providers through APIs and SDKs
- Design and manage vector-based search architectures
- Prototype interaction layers and visual interfaces using Node.js and React
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape and prioritize AI use cases
- Evaluate, benchmark, and refine AI models
- Create internal documentation and technical guidelines
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends
Requirements For AI Innovation Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI-based systems
- Demonstrated mastery of Python for building AI workflows
- Proven experience in developing and integrating LLM-based applications
- Solid knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt tuning techniques
- Familiarity with autonomous agent design patterns
- Working knowledge of Node.js and React
- Strong experience with cloud-native development and containerization
