Master-Works is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building and maintaining data infrastructure and implementing MLOps practices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in MLOps and DataIKU. You'll be responsible for designing scalable data pipelines, implementing MLOps best practices, and managing cloud-based data infrastructure. The role requires strong skills in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies, along with experience in big data technologies and containerization. You'll work closely with data scientists and analysts to deliver efficient data solutions and maintain robust data pipelines. Responsibilities For Data Engineer
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for collection, processing, and storage of large datasets
- Implement MLOps best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments
- Manage and optimize data infrastructure on cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data solutions
- Provide ongoing support for data pipelines, monitor performance, and resolve data-related issues
- Stay updated on latest trends in data engineering and machine learning technologies
Requirements For Data Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on MLOps and data pipeline development
- Certification or hands-on experience with DataIKU is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
