React Engineer

Match Group's Hyperconnect division is seeking a skilled React Engineer to join their Innovation Dev Team in Seoul. This team is dedicated to discovering and defining valuable new services for users while exploring innovative growth opportunities for Hyperconnect.

The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring strong proficiency in React Native and the broader JavaScript ecosystem. As a React Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and developing mobile applications, creating robust UI libraries, and driving end-to-end feature implementation. The position emphasizes both technical excellence and mentorship, as you'll be expected to coach junior engineers and contribute to strengthening the team's code review culture.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years specifically in React Native mobile app development. You should have a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and experience with component-based frameworks. The role requires a startup mindset, as you'll be involved in building products from the ground up (0→1).
