Senior Security and Compliance Engineer

Match Group is seeking a Senior Security and Compliance Engineer to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing a third-party security review program, collaborating with stakeholders to improve vendor lifecycle management, and working closely with the business to identify, assess, and document third-party relationships. The ideal candidate will devise integrated strategies for the company's third-party risk roadmap, implement robust controls, and monitor arrangements on an ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining internal security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinating controls testing and compliance obligations across all brands
• Assessing security risks for large-scale organizations, particularly in cloud services
• Performing recurring internal security audits
• Identifying IT risks and recommending mitigating controls
• Participating in the development of corrective action plans for security and compliance issues

The position allows for remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with up to 10% domestic travel required. The salary range is $144,789 - $147,000 per year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network and Computer Security, Information Technology, or related field (or Master's degree with 3 years of experience)
• 5 years of professional experience in IT security risk and compliance
• Experience in developing IT security risk and compliance guidelines and policies
• Familiarity with third-party industry frameworks (VASQ, SIG, CSA)
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO27001)
• Understanding of regulations governing outsourcing in technology data services
• Experience in operational and technology risk management
