Responsibilities For Senior Data Engineer (Remote - Latam)
- Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL pipelines for processing large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Maintain and improve server-side scripts, APIs, libraries, and SDKs to enhance data management and delivery
- Identify and implement performance optimizations and process improvements across data systems
- Automate manual processes and ensure scalable, reliable data operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of data
- Build scalable software solutions that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs
Requirements For Senior Data Engineer (Remote - Latam)
- 3–4 years of experience in a software engineering environment
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Scala, Java, Python, or Golang
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or similar
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI reporting tools
- Familiarity with automated testing systems, CI/CD workflows, containerization, and virtualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and working with Data Lakes is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
