Responsibilities For Sustaining Engineer I - Plymouth, MN
- Support Plymouth-AL Operations through manufacturing process of Mechanical Heart Valves
- Provide daily support to production floor and respond to issues
- Develop solutions to problems and make improvements to processes
- Use quality tools like DOE, SPC, hypothesis testing for process improvement
- Create technical documentation and test plans
- Provide training and certification for trainers
- Support production engineering and testing methods
- Analyze and evaluate system improvements
- Develop design changes to resolve operational issues
Requirements For Sustaining Engineer I - Plymouth, MN
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in medical device industry preferred
- Validation planning and execution experience
- Experience with creation of FMEAs
- Experience with 13485/FDA requirements
- Project scope, scheduling, and business case creation skills
