Software Engineer, Web - US App

Mercari, founded in 2013, is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their US Web Team in Tokyo, Japan. The company's mission is to "Circulate all forms of value to unleash the potential in all people" through their marketplace platform.

The US Web Team is responsible for building and maintaining the frontend experience for Mercari.com, including their GraphQL Backend For Frontend service, design system, and E2E testing suite. This is a hybrid position based in their Roppongi office with flexible working hours.

The role involves writing clean, maintainable code using modern technologies like TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and GraphQL.
